Almond is a vitamins rich food. Almond is a healthy food. From eating almonds is very beneficial. There are many type of mineral found in the amond . Examples calcium, iron, zinc, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, manganese, copper . There are  many type of vitamins found in the amond. Examples vitamin C, vitamin K , vitamin(B6), Folate, Pantothenic acid, vitamin A,beta-carotene, Niacin  etc.

Benefits of Almond Eating--

1. By eating two almonds daily, the brain is fast. Vitamin A is good in almonds. Which is  very beneficial for the brain.

2. If you eat four to four almonds  daily , So your cholesterol will be in the level control.

3. Almond also helps in controlling blood sugar.
