          Banana contains large amounts of proteins,carbohydrates. There are  many type of mineral found in the banana. Examples  iron, zinc, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, manganese. There are  many type of vitamins found in the banana. Examples vitamin C, Choline, vitamin(B6), Folate,Pantothenic acid, etc.

           Banana is nutritious fruit. By eating bananas every day, there is more blood and fat in the body. Does not cause eye disease by eating bananas everyday. Banana with milk gives more power in the body by eating. Hemoglobin is found in the body by eating banana. Banana  should be eaten after doing workout,Because the energy that is lost gets it back. To keep body weight correct, eat two to four meals a day. Banana children should be given to eat, Because magnesium gets more than banana which stimulates the brain. Bananas keep the body cold,So eat banana everyday. There is no gas from banana. No fruit is suitable after sunset.
